I made a sauce once for a pumpkin pie that turned out quite good. I would think it would be really good with this too. It's made up of mainly cranberries, persimmons, and apple cider. I know you guys have persimmons so you might be interested

We actually didn't have anything pumpkin for Christmas, so we'll have to wait until next year's batch of persimmons.
